I remember the very first time I looked at my first son Jemel. I wandered what type of man he would become. Would he be good, loyal, faithful, caring, or would he be driven, determined, self reliant? I really didn't have any idea of how to raise him, that was 33 years ago.
Since then there has been four additional sons as well as four daughters. Oh boy, didn't I learn a lot about my children. They have different personalities, passions, and motivations.
And over those 30 plus years, I have learn some principles that has helped in discovering my children personality styles, passions, and their motivation triggers, especially for my sons. These principles have been the foundation for launching three sons, two daughters, into the world as we know it. And currently there's one on the launching pad..
